Scientists-linguists of Turkic-speaking states mull co-op

Scientists-linguists of Turkic-speaking states discussed the development of relations and cooperation at the Azerbaijan Teachers' Institute (ATI) in Baku on March 6.
The institute held the meeting within International Festival of Language and Literature, ATI reported.
Head of the Department of Turkish Language and Culture Hacettepe University, Professor Shukru Haluk Akalin, Vice-Rector of the Kazakh - Turkish University, Professor Danday Iskakoglu and scientific secretary of the Institute of Language and Literature of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan Professor Rahmatullah Barakaev and other scientists from different universities of Azerbaijan attended the meeting.
During the meeting rector of Teachers' University Agiya Nakhcivanli spoke about different educational programs and projects in the country, modernization technical base and achievements of scientific-teaching stuff. The guests were presented with prizes at the end of the meeting.
The guests also got acquainted with Heydar Aliyev Center of the institute.
