Azerbaijan's Sumgayit State University employees awarded title of 'Honored teacher' – decree
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a Decree conferring the title of "Honored teacher" to Sumgayit State University employees.
According to the decree, Fikrat Feyziyev and Muhammadali Zarbaliyev were awarded on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Sumgayit State University and for their contributions to the development of Azerbaijan's education sector.
