Azerbaijani junior chess players compete at Botvinnik Cup 2016
Azerbaijani junior chess players are contesting medals of the Mikhail Botvinnik Cup 2016 in Moscow.
The tournament brings together 14 Under-14 teams from CIS countries and Georgia.
The Azerbaijani team’s squad includes Azer Mizayev, Melek Ismayil, Revan Aliyev, Murad Ibrahimli, and Sadig Mammadov.
Azerbaijan 3rd with 23 points after 5 rounds, while Belarus top the table with 27 points.
