Azercell launches exclusive partnership with Steam
For the first time in Azerbaijan’s telecom market, Azercell subscribers can top up their Steam balance directly from their mobile number, with no additional fees or VAT
Azercell has launched Steam Top-Up, becoming the first mobile operator in Azerbaijan to offer direct Steam top-ups from a mobile balance. The service allows subscribers to add funds to their Steam balance without any additional fees or 18% VAT.
Steam Top-Up allows subscribers to top up their balance without a bank card or any other payment method. Using the service is simple: subscribers open Steam Top-Up in the Azercell app, enter their Steam account name, and select the amount they want to add. The payment is then charged directly to their mobile balance.
The new service makes it easier for subscribers to manage their Steam accounts, from adding funds to purchasing games and other digital content on the platform. With payments made directly from their mobile balance, the process is simpler and more accessible.
Steam is one of the world’s largest digital gaming platforms, offering millions of users access to thousands of games and other digital content. Popular titles on the platform include Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, PUBG: Battlegrounds, EA SPORTS FC 26, Elden Ring and Baldur’s Gate 3, among many others.
The launch of Steam Top-Up gives Azercell subscribers a more convenient way to access international digital services directly from their mobile account, while further expanding the range of digital services offered by Azercell.
Subscribers can access Steam Top-Up by updating the Azercell app. Further information is available on Azercell’s official website.
