President Aliyev opens third center of public services agency in Baku

President Ilham Aliyev opened on September 17 Baku "ASAN Xidmət" Center No 3 of the State Agency for Public Services and Social Innovation, AzerTag state news agency reported.

The head of the state was familiarized with the Center's activity.

Fuad Alasgarov, head of the department for work with law-enforcement bodies of the Presidential Administration, informed the Head of State that the Center would serve the residents of Yasamal, Sabail and Garadagh districts of Baku. He noted the citizens will apply online for the appointments.

For the first time the Center will have a complaints stall and an e-survey services. In the complaints stall the citizens would be able to get a quick response to their questions through the online meetings in Skype.

The President was informed that waiting for the appointments, the citizens would be able to engage in the banking, insurance, legal and translation, laboratory, medical, internet-café and photo studio services in the Center.

"ASAN Xidmət" centers are the bodies to ensure the realization of the services to be rendered by the state entities in a uniformed and coordinated manner.

"ASAN service" centers are designed to form up a new approach towards ensuring the citizens' satisfaction in functioning of the state servants in relation to the population and to enrich the quality of relations between state servants and citizens.

The Head of State was presented the "ASAN signature" certificate and "ASAN signature" Sim card.

The Azerbaijani President expressed his confidence on the conditions established in the Center, making relevant instructions and recommendations.
