Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Saint Petersburg for a visit to attend a meeting of the CIS Heads of State at the invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Azertag reported on December 28.
At Saint Petersburg Pulkovo-2 Airport, President Ilham Aliyev was met by Governor of the Leningrad Region Alexander Drozdenko and other officials.
