Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev commemorated in Astrakhan
A flower laying ceremony at the monument to Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev has held in the city of Astrakhan in southern Russia.
Head of the Azerbaijani presidential administration's Social and Political Department, Ali Hasanov, Governor of Russia's Astrakhan region Alexander Zhilkin, head of the executive power of the Narimanov district of Baku Abdin Farzaliyev, MPs and representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora, Astrakhan community attended the event.
An Azerbaijani delegation headed by Ali Hasanov participated in Astrakhan's events dedicated to the 90th Anniversary of Azerbaijani national leader Heydar Aliyev.
