Azerbaijan has largest number of Internet users in CIS
The volume of Internet usage has doubled in Azerbaijan last year
making the country home to the largest number of broadband Internet
users in the Commonwealth of Independent States, AzerTac state news
agency reported.
According to the Ministry of Communications and Information
Technologies, the computer to person ratio was 20:100, while the
computer to user ratio was 70:100.
