Azerbaijan eyes to raise quota for issuing labor permits to foreigners this year - State Migration Service

Azerbaijan envisages a quota for issuing labor permits to 8,740 foreigners in 2022, Head of the State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vusal Huseynov told Trend.
According to him, this year Azerbaijani entrepreneurs can attract the indicated number of foreign labor force to work.
A meeting of the Commission on quotas for issuing work permits to foreigners in Azerbaijan was held in 2021, and a proposal to increase it was sent to the Cabinet of Ministers (in 2021, the quota amounted to 6,740).
