The advertising of wine products regardless of the alcohol content percentage may be banned in transport, printed publications, audio and video materials provided for minors.
Promotions, accompanied by the distribution and tasting of wine, are proposed to be allowed only at retail outlets and in the tasting rooms of specialized exhibitions. According to the bill, when selling wine, the alcohol content of which is more than 5 percent, it is forbidden to give any gifts.
