Tourism week starts in Baku [PHOTO]

Tourism Week timed to World Tourism Day has started in Baku.
The excursion to the historical sites of Baku was organized for children deprived of parental care.
The pupils of Children's of Home No.1 visited the State Historical and Architectural Reserve “Icherisheher”.
Festive table was organized for children in Nizami Restaraunt & Lounge, Trend Life reported.
Tours will also be held to the Gala State History and Ethnography Reserve, National Museum of History of Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Carpet Museum.
Various exhibitions, round tables will be also organized as part of event.
Many people around celebrate the United Nations’ (UN) World Tourism Day, which is on September 27 each year. The day aims to foster awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic values.
