Azerbaijani President receives participants of CIS Muslims for peace and sustainable development conference
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday received participants of a CIS Muslims for peace and sustainable development conference in Baku, AzerTac state news agency reported.
President Ilham Aliyev made a speech at the meeting.
Other speakers at the event included chairman of the Caucasus Muslims Office, Sheikhulislam Allahshukur Pashazade, muftis of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic of the Russian Federation, Chechen Republic of the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Serbia, and President of the International Islamic Mission Shafiq Pshikhachev.
