Azerbaijan to witness three solar eclipses next year

Eclipse is a pretty major event in astrology. There is something mystically dramatic about being to witness this natural phenomenon.
Earth will experience the beauty and drama of solar eclipses the next year too. Three solar eclipses (partial, total and annular eclipse) will be observed in 2019.
The Deputy Director of the Scientific Research Department, Ph.D in physics, Khidir Mikayilov, said that the first solar eclipse will be observed on January 6, 2019 at 03:34 (Baku time) and will peak at 05:40 and end at 07:49.
The next solar eclipse will occur on July 2, 2019 at 20:55 and end on July 3 at 01:50.
The last solar eclipse will begin on December 26, 2019 at 06:30 and finish at 12:06. In Baku, a natural phenomenon can be observed before sunrise near the horizon from 08:03 to 08:52.
A solar eclipse occurs when the Moon gets between Earth and the Sun, and the Moon casts a shadow over Earth. In some ancient and modern cultures, solar eclipses have been attributed to supernatural causes or regarded as a bad omen. A total solar eclipse may frightening those people, who are unaware of its astronomical explanation, as the Sun seems to disappear during the day and the sky darkens in a matter of minutes.
