Youth Olympic underway in Nanjing

The Second Summer Youth Olympic Games is still underway in Nanjing.
Azerbaijani athlete Nazim Babayev started very well the games. Gaining good results (15,65 meters) at the first stage of men's triple jump, Nazim took the chance to get to the final, which will be held on August 25.
Boxing in which Azerbaijan's team is taking part kicked off on August 23.
Some 3 national boxers competed at the Olympic. National boxer Rufet Huseynov at 49kg did his best against Shalkar Ayxinbay from Kazakhstan and won the ticket to the final which will be held on August 27. His rival for the gold medal will be Suleymon Latipov from Uzbekistan.
Another Azerbaijani boxer Mammadali Tahirov will fight for bronze medal on August 25.
Thereby, Azerbaijan's medal haul includes one gold and four silvers.
