The 13th World Scout Youth Forum ended in Gabala on August 10.
During the event, scouts from all over the world worked in sessions, and attended presentations on active citizenship and leadership.
The Caucasus Resort Hotel, which hosted the World Scout Youth Forum, welcomed more than 320 young people from 130 countries, Azertac reported.
The forum participants held various sessions dedicated to leadership, active citizenship, environmental protection, sustainable development and other important issues.
After the 13th World Scout Youth Forum, young leaders will gather at the 41st World Scout Conference.
The World Scout Conference will be held at the Baku Congress Center on August 14-18.
The World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) is the largest international Scouting organization, attracting millions of young people who become active citizens, creating positive changes in the societies in which they live.
The Association of Scouts of Azerbaijan is the national Scouting organization of Azerbaijan and was founded in 1997, and became the member of the World Organization of the Scout Movement on August 20, 2000.

The World Scout Youth Forum is a platform for work, communication and exchange of ideas between young leaders 18-26 years of age, committed to the future of scouting.
The World Scout Conference is the governing body of WOSM (World Organization of the Scout Movement), and is where many important decisions are made. Here, member organizations consider the policy and standards of the Scout Movement, formulate the general policy of the World Organization and take the action required to further the purpose of the Movement.
