The Iranian Air Force is prepared to train the regional countries' pilots, Air Force Deputy Commander for Coordination Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh said.

Nasirzadeh said that all infrastructure needed to train regional states' pilots exist in the Iran Air Force, Iran media reported.

He noted that that the Iranian Air Force enjoys opportunities of modern systems and equipment and skilled human resources.

Nasirzadeh pointed out that the Air Force's Pilots College has been completely institutionalized and enjoys the necessary infrastructure for training the pilots of the other regional countries.

"We have tried to make our teachings richer every day, given the needs we feel, and move towards international standards in this regard using other countries' experiences," he added.

Lately, Iran has made great achievements in its defense sector and attained self-sufficiency in producing essential military equipment and systems.

In early September, Iran has unveiled its latest achievements developed by experts at the Iranian army's Khatam al-Anbiya Air Defense Base.

Besides, Iran will hold massive air defense military drills by the end of October - beginning of November.

Tehran has repeatedly assured other nations that its military might poses no threat to other countries, saying that the Islamic Republic's defense doctrine is entirely based on deterrence.
