Mirziyoyev awards China Petroleum Corp. head for 'big achievements'

Chairman of the Board of CNPC (China) Wang Yilin has been awarded the Dustlik (Friendship) Medal on behalf of the president of Uzbekistan, Uzbek media reported referring to the press service of oil and gas company Uzbekneftegaz.
The medal has been handed over by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and Acting Chairman of the Board of Uzbekneftegaz Bakhrom Ashrafkhanov.
The ceremony took place within the framework of the visit of the delegation of Uzbekneftegaz in China.
Wang Yilin, head of the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), has been awarded the Dustlik Medal for "great achievements in development of the Uzbek oil and gas industry, assistance in implementing major investment projects, significant contribution to increasing the export potential of Uzbekistan, strengthening friendly relations between Uzbekistan and China".
