Russia to raise fee on oil transit from Kazakhstan

Russia will increase tariff on oil transit from Kazakhstan by 7
percent from Jan.1, Russian Federal Tariff Service reported on
Tuesday.
"The Board of the Federal Tariff Service decided to index tariffs
for Transneft's oil transit transportation services by forecasted
consumer price index in the amount of 7 percent in 2012, from
January 2013," Federal Tariff Service said.
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B.
Chernigovka to Primorsk was approved at 1050.67 rubles per ton
(excluding VAT) (31.02 rubles = $1).
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B. Chernigovka
to Sheskharis was approved at 898.55 rubles per ton (excluding
VAT).
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B. Chernigovka
to Russian-Ukrainian border (915 kilometer) was approved at 442.78
rubles per ton (excluding VAT).
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B. Chernigovka
to Russian-Ukrainian at Nikolskoye was approved at 536.63 rubles
per ton (excluding VAT).
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B. Chernigovka
to Russian-Belarusian border at Bobovichi was approved at 612.04
rubles per ton (excluding VAT).
Tariff for oil transit from Russian-Kazakh border at B. Chernigovka
to Ust-Luga was approved at 930.37 rubles per ton (excluding
VAT).
