President Aliyev congratulates Lithuanian counterpart
President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has congratulated his Lithuanian counterpart Dalia Grybauskaite on the occasion of the national holiday of Lithuania.
“On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to you on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Lithuania,” Aliyev said in his congratulatory letter.
“I believe that the development of friendly relations, political, economic and cultural ties as well as mutually beneficial cooperation between our countries will continue serving the best interests of our peoples,” said the president.
“On this remarkable day, I wish you robust health, success in your activities and the friendly people of Lithuania peace and prosperity."
