Latvian president awards Azerbaijani culture center’s head
Chairman of the Consultative Council for National Minorities under the Latvian President, Director of Riga Classic Gymnasium, Head of "Ocag" Azerbaijani Culture Center Roman Aliyev has been presented with the Order of Latvia 4th degree, AzerTag state news agency reported.
He received the Order from Latvian President Andris Berzins in a special ceremony marking the 95th anniversary of the establishment of Latvia.
