Heydar Aliyev Foundation reps to visit Columbia
A delegation of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will be in Bogota, Colombia from April 26 to May 1, the Foundation said on Tuesday.
During the visit, an agreement on cooperation between the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the "Network of Social Sanctions against Child Abuse" will be signed.
The Heydar Aliyev Foundation will provide financial assistance to the "Network of Social Sanctions against Child Abuse" to facilitate the implementation of projects aimed at preventing annually increasing violence against children and women in Colombia.
During the visit, representatives of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation will hold meetings with representatives of various Colombian state and government agencies and become familiar with the problems of children and young girls in Bogota.
Representatives of the Foundation will meet with the chairperson of the second constitutional committee of the Colombian Senate Alexandra Moreno on the third day of the visit.
Cooperation issues were discussed between the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and the "Network of Social Sanctions against Child Abuse" last July during a meeting between Azerbaijani First Lady, president of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva and Alexandra within her visit to Baku.
