Georgian defense chief to discuss security issues in Azerbaijan and Armenia
Georgian Defense Minister Irakli Alasania will discuss military cooperation for regional security during his visit to Armenia and Azerbaijan in March, the minister told journalists on Monday.
"Regional security cannot be provided by one country. It is necessary to use all formats of cooperation, Georgia will be one of the leading countries in this area," Alasania said.
He said further that joint military exercises between Georgia, Turkey and Azerbaijan are planned to take place in Azerbaijan in the near future.
