EU presents progress report on Azerbaijan
The European Commission on Tuesday published its annual ``neighborhood package``, assessing the first year of implementation of the new European Neighborhood Policy (ENP) adopted in 2011, and proposing a roadmap on the Eastern Partnership program aimed at boosting the EU`s relations with Azerbaijan and five other former Soviet countries -- Georgia, Armenia, Moldova, Belarus, and Ukraine.
