Aliyev orders to expand Baku seaside park
President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday signed an order to expand the seaside park (boulevard) in the Azerbaijani capital Baku.
A department under the Cabinet of Ministers will receive 4 million manats (over $5.1 million) from the President’s reserve fund to enforce the decree.
