Reports on Azeri defense chief’s planned visit to Iran dismissed
Some media reports about Azerbaijani Defense Minister Safar Abiyev’s planned visit to Iran have been dismissed.
Azerbaijani military attache in Tehran, Mehman Suleymanov, said the reports had been circulated by Iranian media and were not confirmed by either Azerbaijani or Iranian officials, Azerbaijan’s state news agency AzerTAj reported.
