The award, founded by the Youth Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan in 2007, is presented each year in nominations spanning from the improvement of social well-being of citizens to charity undertakings, public and political services.
The award was conferred at the presentation of a book entitled "Five Years’ Achievements through the Eyes of the Youth", published on the fifth anniversary of the Presidential Decree on Social and Economic Development of the Regions.
Addressing the ceremony, Ulviyya Hasanzadeh, the head of Azercell’s Corporate Relations and Social Responsibility Unit, said the company has always supported projects aimed at solving the problems of children and young people.
