Paid medical services in the clinics operating under the Azerbaijan
Ministry of Health and budget-funded medical institutions will be
cancelled starting on February 1, according to a decree issued by
Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev on Thursday.
The measure is due to the fact that state funds allocated for healthcare are increasing every year, the logistics of medical centers is improving and advanced forms of management are being applied in the country, the ministry said.
