The famous photographer Orkhan Aslanov will be the special guest of the first Azerbaijani Tourism Cases Forum. He will tell interesting stories from his trips to the regions of the country and about implementation of the project myazerbaijan.az, the event’s organizers state.
Thus, the first ever Tourism Cases Forum in Azerbaijan will be held on September 27 in Baku, Ramada Ganjlik hotel. The event will bring together local travel agencies and companies, representatives of hotels and other specialists related to the development of the tourism industry.
Gathering together professionals and people interested in tourism, the forum will discuss such important topics as the modern tourist market, its weaknesses, prospects of development and ways of strengthening domestic tourism.
Specialized speakers of the forum will tell about the improvement of travel agencies’ activities, prospects of attracting foreign and local tourists to hotels, and the need to build new business projects in the tourism sector to increase the share of non-oil revenue in the economy.
The main purpose of the forum will be discussing ways to maintain a steady flow of tourists into the country observed recently, its conservation and enhancement, elimination of errors and defects in service of tourists and development of ways to prevent fraud in this area.
The forum will be held from 14:00 to 19:00. The price of a ticket is 20 AZN ($12). Price for students of the Azerbaijani Tourism and Management University (ATMU) is 15 AZN ($9).
