Chingiz Babayev, an artist, sculptor, philosopher, and poet will hold a month-long workshop in Baku.

Organized by Yarat Contemprorary Art Space, the workshop invites artists, musicians, writers, poets, art critics, musicologists, actors, dancers, and theatrical figures who wonder what the contemporary artist thinks.

The workshop will be held three times a week from 11:30 to 18:00 from March 1 to March 31.

The course will be a great practice for presenting thoughts in the form of concepts, and any experiments and different formats and styles of presentation are welcomed.

Those who are in search of new ways to embody and visualize ideas, and are intrigued by the opportunity to share thoughts about the structure and topicality of ideas in contemporary art can join the workshop.

At the end of the course, the most successful ideas of the participants will be published in leading print media.

Moreover, a student who shows the most outstanding results during the course will be granted a weeklong internship at the Center of Contemporary Art in Tbilisi. The internship will include visits to some of the best museums and galleries of the city.
