Baku to host exhibition of Irish artist

An exhibition of Irish artist Edward Twohig will open in Baku on July 6.

More than 40 works will be showcased in the "Chain House" Gallery. About 15 artist's works presented to Icherisheher Historical Museum will also be exhibited.

The exhibition will last for two weeks.

Edward Twohig is an acclaimed Irish artist working in the UK who is permanent member of Royal Society of Gravers and a patron of Print Collectors' Club on 6 July, 2018.

His solo exhibition "100 Views of Inner City (Icherisheher)" was first exhibited at the National Museum of Fine Arts of Azerbaijan last year.

Inspired by nature, Edward Twohig in creating his paintings, drawings and etchings infuses each with aesthetic, spiritual and musical senses.
