Azerbaijan’s famous actress Konul Nagiyeva, who lives in Turkey, has participated in a unique project "Reborn".

She transformed into the legendary actresses of 1930s-1950s , such as Ava Gardner, Greta Garbo, Sophia Loren, Audrey Hepburn, and opera diva Maria Callas, F1 Medya reported.

"I wanted to "reborn" the idols and as an actress my main goal was not to copy them but to revive. I was confident that I will succeed. All my knowledge about them, allowed me to feel their personalities. The short film ends with the motto: "Women who left their mark" and this is undeniable fact. I hope that I will leave my mark in cinematography", said the actress.

Taking part in this rather courageous, responsible and ambitious project, Konul brilliantly demonstrated her acting skills.

All the photos were shot by young and talented Turkish photographer Ege Islek.

Costumes and accessories were chosen by Gercek Inan and Jeyda Kochlar. The make-up and hair style were made by makeup artist Ozge Ozel and hairdresser Unsal Danishman.

The short film was produced by videographer Jeyda Gunalp.

Konul Nagiyeva starred in such Turkish films and TV series as "Kızkaçıran", "Terkedilmiş", "Zaman Adlı Tren" and others. She is a party and the winner of the Azerbaijani version of the TV show "Dancing With The Stars".

The actress will soon play a major role in an Australian project.
