First e-commerce center created in Azerbaijan
An electronic commerce center, http://www.terasell.com, has been
created in Azerbaijan. It is the first-ever resource to be made up
of the country`s online stores.
The goal of the project is to offer an incentive to the development of e-commerce in the rapidly growing South Caucasus republic under Electronic Azerbaijan, the state program for the development of communications and information technologies.
As part of the one-of-a-kind project, the delivery of goods to consumers will be provided in Baku and adjacent districts. Payment for purchases can be made by credit card and cash.
