Kyrgyzstan calls for Azeri investments
BAKU – Kyrgyzstan’s parliament speaker Ahmatbek Keldibekov has called on Azerbaijan to make investments in the country’s capital in a meeting with Azerbaijani Prime Minister Artur Rasizada in Baku, Kyrgyz media reported.
Keldibekov said the Central Asian state’s government was ready to provide favorable conditions for Azerbaijani investors.
"You could invest in the development of gold fields and construction of hydro-power plants. Hundreds of such plants could be built in Kyrgyzstan. These are profitable projects for further gaining access to [the markets of] Afghanistan and China."
