SOCAR’s liquidity to remain manageable thanks to strong cash reserves, S&P says

The State Oil Company of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) is expected to maintain manageable liquidity levels, supported by substantial cash reserves that, together with operating income, are sufficient to cover the company’s short-term obligations, Azernews reports, citing a report by S&P Global ratings.
