Prices up 5% in Azerbaijan in first half-year
Prices for consumer goods and service fees increased 4.9% in
Azerbaijan in the first half of 2010 compared to the same period of
last year, according to the State Statistics Committee.
Prices for food increased 4.6%, while those for other goods 1.8%, and fees on services rose 8.1% in January-June.
In comparison with May, 0.6% deflation was reported in June.*
