Aliyev orders to improve check-ups of businesses
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev on Tuesday
enacted a decree to improve check-ups of entrepreneurial activity
and ensure the protection of consumers’ rights, the state news
agency AzerTAj reported.
The decree aims to protect consumers’ rights effectively and in line with high standards, ensure transparency during check-ups and prevent instances of abuse of power.
The Cabinet of Ministers was instructed to prepare and submit to the president within two months common regulations for carrying out such check-ups.*
