The daily turnover at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) on Jan. 8 amounted to 44.8 million manats, Trend reports with reference to BSE Jan. 9.
Almost all operations on Jan. 8 accounted for transactions on bonds of the Finance Ministry, Amrahbank and the Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.
Thus, 40,000 transactions were concluded during the day on bonds of the Azerbaijan Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund worth almost 40.2 million manats. The bonds were sold at a price of 1,004.5324 manats each.
Also, 2,387 transactions were concluded on manat bonds of the Finance Ministry for a total of 223,600 manats (at an average price of 93.44 manats).
As many as 25,696 transactions on Amrahbank’s dollar bonds for a total amount of $2.6 million were concluded at BSE. The nominal value of each bond was 100 manats.
