2018 to be remembered for great success in economy of Azerbaijan - MP

As noted by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev in his speech at the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers on the results of socio-economic development for the first nine months of 2018 and the upcoming tasks, 2018 is a year of major economic reforms, Azerbaijani MP Aydin Huseynov told Trend Oct. 13.
In his opinion, the figures for the nine months of this year give reason to say that the strategy implemented in 2018 is very correct, the programs carried out under the direct leadership of President Ilham Aliyev have fully justified themselves.
The Azerbaijani MP noted that in particular, the important steps have been taken to develop the non-oil sector, entrepreneurship. Most of the $9 billion of investments into the country's economy, that is, $5.6 billion have been directed to the non-oil sector.
