UBER services in Azerbaijan to entail VAT charges

From December 1, 2017, making non-cash payments for services of UBER and other non-residents operating in Azerbaijan will entail VAT charges, Zakir Nuriyev, chairman of the Banks Association, told reporters in Baku.
