Baku-2015: first results of table tennis competition announced

The first results of the first round of women’s table tennis competitions have been announced as part of the first European Games.
The Azerbaijani national team lost to the French national team with a score of 0:3 June 13.
In other matches, Germany took a lead over Hungary with a score of 3:0. The Russian team defeated the Portuguese team with a score of 3:1.
The competitions are being held in the Baku Sport Palace.
Baku 2015 is the first-ever European Games, an exciting and innovative multi-sport event for the continent. The games started on June 12 and will last till June 28, 2015.
There will be a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports. More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe will be representing their nations over 17 days of competition.
