CEC to organize special courses in Azerbaijan’s regions
Specialized courses on suffrage for members of District Election Commissions (DEC) and Precinct Election Commissions (PEC) will be organized in Azerbaijan, Head of Law Department of at the Central Election Commission (CEC) Secretariat Irade Hajiyeva told Trend on August 1.
According to Hajiyeva, specialized courses will be held from August 5 to 7 in the country's regions.
The courses for election commission members' enlightenment are organized on the basis of the "National Program for Action to Raise Effectiveness of the Protection of Human Rights and Freedoms in the Republic of Azerbaijan" approved by Azerbaijani President's order, dated December 27, 2011.
