82% of Azeris back Aliyev, poll says
BAKU – 82.2 percent of the Azerbaijani population would vote for President Ilham Aliyev if elections would take place this Sunday, the poll conducted late October by the Rey (Opinion) Monitoring Center said.
The survey of 1500 respondents revealed that 75% of people trust President Aliyev.
According to the poll, 58.3% of respondents trust the government and 38.3% the parliament.
