Sarkisian offers Medvedev to discuss Garabagh conflict
Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his Armenian counterpart
Serzh Sarkisian discussed bilateral cooperation, regional and
international issues in Moscow on Tuesday. During the meeting,
Sarkisian is said to have offered discussing the Armenia-Azerbaijan
conflict over Upper (Nagorno) Garabagh.
