Changeable cloudy weather to reign in Baku

Changeable cloudy weather is forecast for January 23, the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources reported.
North-west wind will be followed with mild south-west wind in the afternoon.
The temperature will be 0-2˚C at night, +5-8˚C in daytime in Absheron peninsula, 0-2˚C at night, +6-8˚C in the daytime in Baku. Air pressure records 770. Relative humidity will be 65-75%.
In the regions of Azerbaijan, the weather will be mostly dry. Rain will fall in eastern areas. Fog predicted in some places. West wind will blow and intensify in some places. The temperature will be -3+2˚C at night, +7-12˚C in daytime, 3-8 degrees of frost in mountains at night, 0-5 degrees of frost in daytime.
