YARAT Freestyle invites you to attend a lecture by Swami Jyotirmaya, the accepted guru of The Art of Living Foundation.

The lecture "Dive deep into meditation" will be held on December 20 at 19:00.

Swami Jyotirmaya (India) is one of the senior students of the famous spiritual leader Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. As an international teacher of The Art of Living Foundation, he travels around the world to build a stress-free society.

After visiting more than forty countries in Europe, as well as the Far, Central and Middle Asia, guided by ancient Indian wisdom, Swami Jyotirmaya teaches people how to handle their body, breath and mind in a proper way. Visiting many countries, he conducts various courses such as "Happiness", "The Art of Silence”, "Yoga and Wisdom for Health and Happiness”, "The Art of Meditation”.

He also represented The Art of Living Foundation at The World Economic Forum (2012) and The World Culture Festival (2011); met with the representatives of NATO, UNESCO and the United Nations. In 2016 he represented the The Art of Living Foundation at Baku International Humanitarian Forum.
