Azeri envoy says Estonia ready to offer slew of economic projects
Estonia is interested in the development of economic relations with Azerbaijan and is ready to offer a number of projects, Azerbaijani Ambassador to Estonia Tofig Zulfugarov told Trend news agency on Friday.
"IT technology is well developed in Estonia and therefore the Azerbaijani government is paying much attention to the development of this area of cooperation between the two countries," he said.
Zulfugarov said possible investments in various sectors of the Estonian economy are under consideration and Estonia intends to submit new cooperation projects.
Zulfugarov noted that political relations between the two countries are at a good level.
"Estonia supports Azerbaijan's position on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the political relations can be backed up by economic components," he said.
