Paris is ready to provide a platform for new negotiations on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, French Foreign Minister Jean-Marc Ayrault said, RIA Novosti reported
Last time Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan sat at a table of talks arranged by Russian President Vladimir Putin on June 20. It became their second meeting following the heavy clashes in Nagorno-Karabakh in early April.
