Azerbaijani wrestlers reach final at AWF Cup
Six young Azerbaijani Greco-Roman wrestlers have qualified for the final at the Azerbaijan Wrestling Federation Cup, Azertac reports.
On second day of the tournament, Nofel Babayev at 55kg, Mikayil Rahmanov at 60kg, Islambek Dadov and Senan Suleymanov both at 66kg, Islam Abbasov and Elton Vazirzade both at 84kg progressed to the final of the Cup.
The tournament brings together 100 wrestlers from Azerbaijan, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Iran, Bulgaria, Russia, Iraq, Turkey and Kazakhstan.
