Aliyev meets Swedish labor minister
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev received Sweden`s
Labor Minister Sven Otto Littorin on Tuesday.
President Aliyev said the opening of the Azerbaijani embassy in Sweden would promote the expansion of bilateral relations. He also stressed vast opportunities for the development of relations between the two countries in a variety of areas.
The head of state said the Swedish minister`s visit to Azerbaijan was beneficial in terms of efficient cooperation.
Littorin said he had come to Azerbaijan for the first time, noting that the opening of Azerbaijan`s embassy in Sweden was important for the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries. The Swedish minister also stressed the ongoing rapid development in the country.
