French embassy changes visa regulations

By Nazrin Gadimova

The French Embassy in Azerbaijan is going to provide new services to the holders of ordinary passports who wish to obtain a visa to France, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Spain, and Portugal.

From May 26, the auxiliary "TLS Kontakt" company will manage the time of meetings with those wishing to get a visa at these phone numbers: 404 12 03; 404 12 04; 404 12 05, and at the Internet address https://www.tlscontact.com/az2fr/login.php, the embassy's press service announced.

The visa office will not manage the time of meetings for those who wish to obtain a visa.

The company will also be involved in providing information (procedures, required documents, and so on) for those who wish to obtain a visa to ensure the return of passports after being checked by the visa office.

Passports will be returned by the "TLS Kontakt", located in Baku, AZ 1025, Khojaly Avenue, 37.

However, those who submit their documents to the French Embassy in the transition period -from May 26 to June 12- will receive their passports in the visa section of the embassy itself.

Owners of service and diplomatic passports will be served by the visa section of the embassy as before.
